The rider in question

When it comes to bikes*, I’m in. Longer trips, day rides, training and commuting. I live in east Auckland and work as an airline pilot flying domestically and across to Australia.  Writing this in May 2013, I’ve been riding for just over 3 years and have had a range of bikes. I have been up-skilling with the IAM, a charity providing advanced training for established riders. I am enjoying biking more than ever as a result.

I expect a pretty strong Kiwi vibe to pervade my writing. My friends tell me I can be unintelligible – bear with me as I try to articulate my thoughts. So have a nosey, get in touch, especially if I’ve said something that makes no sense.

Blue side up!

  1. I recently read somewhere on WordPress if stuff ain’t commented on they reserve the right to remove it after a year or so, so disregarding the aforementioned mail on me sitting on my profanity-dripping fingers, here I am to comment on your good time blog. Great work JK.
