There were a number of images which didn’t make the original posts about the trip. Some needed more photoshop rescuing. In any case, I’ve arranged them below.
First Swish Selfie. Feet dry in the South Island
Kayaking in the Able Tasman
Hiking in the Able Tasman
On the Motueka side of the ranges between Mot and Takaka.
Somewhere short of Lewis Pass
Moeraki Boulders. These things are pretty trippy.
For non-Kiwis, we have a building supplies chain of shops called Place Makers
Speights Brewery. I traded my man-card for the apple cider
Also from the Brewery
Surat Bay, in the Catlins.
Bluff. End of the line.
Mirror Lake.
On the road to Milford
Milford. Weather-wise, what the hell?
On the Te Anau side of the Homer Tunnel
Somewhere between Tuatapere and Te Anau
Say it without the lisp
Doutful Sound
Just short of Kingston on the way into Queenstown
Lake Wanaka
Wanaka. It was tough
It’s winter here at the moment. The weather has been quite poxy of late. It doesn’t preclude riding, but big trips are not really on the cards. I cannot wait for summer!
Blue side up, lens forward!

Wonderful photos and they brought great memories back for me of a trip we did in your country. Unparalleled views and vistas. Thanks so much for posting.
My pleasure! We are very lucky, it’s not hard to take good photos around here 🙂
